Production areas are equipped with: three-phase electricity, telecommunication, central heating, water supply and sewerage installations. Mechanical and gravity ventilation, as well as convenient access to the areas enable conducting various operations.
The Warsaw Industrial Park area is fenced and guarded 24/7. Additionally, for the safety of our Tenants, the area is under surveillance and patrolled by a Security Company.
The area includes parking lots for passenger cars, and a large parking lot outside for cargo vehicles.
